Description
To make the most of the ups and downs offered by the hills and valleys of the Ventoux region, the winemakers and other farmers in the area have transformed the landscape into terraces, from which the name of this wine derives: Terrasses .
The grapes of the Viognier, Roussanne, Clairette and Grenache blanc varieties are harvested at the correct state of ripeness and then subjected to a brief maceration at low temperature. The fermentation takes place for 15 days in stainless steel with a brief intervention of the malolactic fermentation deliberately interrupted so as not to lose the characteristic freshness of the grapes of this region.
The wine has a clear straw yellow color with silver reflections. The nose is an explosion of white flowers and citrus notes among which those of lime stand out. The mouth is governed by a beautiful tension and freshness, declined in its fruity hints of lemon and lychee.
Suitable as an aperitif white wine, it is perfect with appetizers with vegetables and fresh cheeses.
