Description

Vino degli Orti is produced by the Terčič company, which is located in San Floriano del Collio, in the province of Gorizia, close to the north-eastern border between Italy and Slovenia.

It consists of Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco and Friulano grapes, which first of all undergo a cold skin maceration of 13-15 hours. Fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks, where the wine subsequently ages on the fine lees for 12 months.

Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of white and yellow flowers and delicate spices on the nose. The sip is full soft, with a sweet finish.

It goes very well with seafood first courses and white meats.
