Description

Damijan's Ribolla Gialla was born in the vineyards of Monte Calvario, located in the Gorizia area, in the heart of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced exclusively with Ribolla Gialla grapes, a well-known white grape variety very common in Friuli Venezia Giulia. The fermentation on the skins takes place in oak vats for 60-90 days. After this first phase, the wine is aged in cask for 23 months and refined in the bottle for a further 6 months.

This Ribolla Gialla is characterized by a bright amber yellow. The wine has an intense and ethereal bouquet, with pleasant notes of aromatic herbs and delicate fruity scents. On the palate it is elegant and deep, with a pleasant fresh and mineral taste.

Perfect to accompany appetizers, hot fish, fish soups and white meats, it is ideal in combination with first courses based on fish, shellfish and fried fish.
