Description
Ribolla Gialla is produced by the Terčič company, which is located in San Floriano del Collio, in the province of Gorizia, close to the north-eastern border between Italy and Slovenia.
It consists of 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, which first of all undergo a cold skin maceration of 15-25 hours. Fermentation takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks, where the wine subsequently ages for 12 months.
Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of tropical fruit and citrus fruits on the nose, enriched with mineral notes. The sip is fresh and soft, with a long finish.
It goes very well with seafood appetizers and fish risottos.
