Description
The Venezia Giulia Ribolla Gialla of the Attems winery was born in the Lucinico vineyards, located in the Collio Goriziano and Isonzo area, on the hills of Friuli Venezia Giulia.
It is produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, harvested only by hand in late September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for about 18 days, followed by maceration in contact with the skins for 12 hours.
This Ribolla Gialla is a brilliant straw-yellow colored wine with slightly golden reflections. The nose has an ethereal and delicate floral scent. The taste is fresh and elegant, with pleasant notes of tropical fruit, yellow fish and pear, followed by slight hints of birch and chestnut flowers. On the whole it is pleasantly harmonious and with remarkable flavor on the finish.
Perfect to accompany vegetable pies and savory pies, it is ideal to combine with first courses and appetizers.
