Description
The Monblanc produced by the Castello di Buttrio company is made with a blend of white berried varieties.
From terraced land composed of marl and sandstone come the grapes that are immediately pressed upon arrival in the cellar. After static decantation, fermentation is carried out in steel at 18-20 ° C. The wine ages 6-8 months in contact with the yeasts to be then assembled before bottling.
Straw yellow in color, it has a fine and elegant olfactory profile, with hints of white flowers and white pulp fruit. On the palate it is fresh and savory, presenting medium persistence and a balanced and enveloping sip.
Ideal to accompany roasted and fried fish, it also goes well with shellfish and sushi dishes.
