Description

The Venezia Giulia Chardonnay of Attems was born in the vineyards located in the Collio area and in the alluvial area of the Isonzo, on the hills of Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, which are harvested by hand in the second half of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels at controlled temperature, therefore the wine is aged in stainless steel and barrique vats, both new and used.

This Chardonnay is characterized by an intense and bright yellow colour. The nose opens with broad hints of exotic fruit such as banana and pineapple, followed by light nuances of apricot and ripe pear. The taste is intense and has a good structure and complexity, harmonious and with a pleasant flavour in the finish.

Perfect to accompany white meats, stuffed pasta and cheeses, it is excellent as an aperitif.
