Description
The Venetian red wine of Villamatta is born in vineyards located at the foot of the Lessini Mountains, on varied soils sometimes rich in limestone and outcropping rocks, sometimes of alluvial origin, especially in the valley floors.
Produced from the classic red Venetian grapes, Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, in addition to other red grapes, this wine is fermented and then aged again in steel.
Ruby red in color with purple reflections, it opens on the nose with fruity hints of cherry, morello cherry and black cherry. The sip is fresh and juicy.
Ideal in combination with white meats, baked fish and fried fish.
