Description
Giuseppe Quintarelli's Rosso del Bepi was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Negrar, in the magical terroir of Valpolicella.
It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After approximately 20 days of maceration, the grapes ferment very slowly for approximately 45 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 7 years, giving the wine an extraordinary structure.
It is characterized by an intense ruby color. The nose opens with a broad and intense bouquet, with hints of red fruits, cloves, cedar and smoky notes. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, with silky tannins, characteristic of the Valpolicella area of origin.
Perfect to accompany grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with game and mature cheeses.
