Description
De Stefani's Rosé is born on soil composed of "caranto", a harmonious composition of white clay and dolomite rock sediments, which offers a rich and diversified base for the cultivation of the Raboso vine. This particular location, combined with a mild climate characterized by low rainfall and optimal summer temperatures, contributes to excellent ripening of the grapes.
The harvest takes place at the beginning of October, a moment in which the grapes still have good acidity and a complete aromatic spectrum. The winemaking process begins with destemming, followed by a short maceration and soft pressing. The cold decantation of the must prepares the wine for fermentation, which takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the aromatic profile of the wine.
It presents an elegant pink color and an aromatic bouquet that evokes blueberries, currants, strawberries and pomegranate, offering a rich and inviting olfactory experience. On the palate, it is fresh, light and delicately savory.
Perfect for aperitifs or starters, it goes well with salads, seafood and raw shellfish dishes, grilled fish and goat's cheeses. Also exceptional to accompany a good Margherita pizza.
