Description
Pinot Grigio di Conti Riccati was born in the heart of Veneto, from vineyards located on the hills of Castelfranco Veneto.
It is produced with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, vinified in steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
This wine is characterized by a bright straw yellow color, enriched with elegant greenish reflections. The bouquet is fine and elegant, with pleasant aromas of white-fleshed fruit, including delicate notes of pear. On the palate it is dry and fresh, with an interesting pleasantly spicy and savory aftertaste.
Ideal in combination with fish and seafood appetizers, this Pinot Grigio is ideal to accompany squid ink risotto.
