Description

Inama's Veneto Chardonnay was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone in vineyards that rest on both volcanic lava soil and calcareous soil. It is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, carefully harvested and selected by hand.

In the cellar, the bunches are destemmed and the must remains in contact with the skins for a very short period. It carries out alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature and continues its refinement here.

It has a bright yellow color. The nose opens with lively notes of golden apple, pear and banana. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany cured meats and semi-mature cheeses, grilled white meats and baked fatty fish.
