Veneto IGT Chardonnay 2023 Inama

Inama's Veneto Chardonnay is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Lonigo and San Germano dei Berici, in the province of Vicenza. in vineyards that rest on a lava basalt soil.

It is produced exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. In the cellar, the grapes are de-stemmed and processed according to a "non-reducing" technique, ie without any addition of SO2: the indigenous microflora thus has the opportunity to develop and characterize the must. The skin maceration of the grapes, which varies from one to 3 hours, optimizes this process. After a static decantation of 24 hours, alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C.

It has a bright yellow color. The nose opens with lively notes of golden apple, pear and banana. On the palate it is balanced and fresh, with a persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany cured meats and semi-aged cheeses, grilled white meats and baked fatty fish.
