Veneto IGT Salbanello 2023 Paladin

The Salbanello is another great invention of the Venetian company Paladin. The delicate softness of Malbech combined with the power of Cabernet.

Obtained from a skilful blend of Malbech and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, this wine follows the principles of red winemaking with extreme rigor, to then refine its characteristics in steel and glass.

It has a bright ruby red color. The nose brings fresh and vinous aromas, typical of the grape varieties of origin, with sensations of currant and raspberry very captivating. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, full-bodied and with velvety tannic textures.

Excellent to accompany classic dishes of the Mediterranean tradition, it also goes well with pizza or meat sauce. Special with cold cuts and cold cuts and well-aged cheeses.
