Description

The Veneto Rosso Kairos di Zýmé comes from all the company vineyards located in the province of Verona.

It is produced with grapes from 15 varieties, 11 red and 4 white, carefully picked and selected by hand. The must is cold macerated and fermented in steel and cement tanks for 20-25 days. Subsequently the wine ages for 36 months in French oak barriques and for another 12 months in bottle, before being released on the market.

Kairos di Zýmé has a bright ruby red color, developing garnet reflections with aging. The nose opens with an alternation of fruity, floral and mineral hints. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with hints of fruit and spices that leave room for notes of tobacco, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. This wine is characterized by a pleasantly mineral and persistent finish.

Perfect to accompany first courses and meats with sauces, it is ideal in combination with seasoned cheese and game.
