Description

The Vaucluse Grenache by Cellier des Princes is produced exclusively from Grenache grapes, an emblematic vine of the Rhône Valley, in particular of the lands surrounding Châteauneuf du Pape, characterized by clay and silica. This grape variety, dominant in most blends of the region, is capable of adapting to different terroir conditions, reflecting the generosity of Rhône wines.

After destemming, we proceed with a fermentation of 8-10 days, interspersed with frequent pumping over and punching down. The temperature is strictly controlled. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in concrete tanks.

It has a brilliant ruby red color. On the nose, the wine unfolds a bouquet that combines red fruits such as raspberries and strawberries, enriched with spicy aromas, offering an inviting olfactory experience. In the mouth, it is soft and round, with impeccable balance, with a velvety texture that invites the next sip.

This wine is the ideal accompaniment for grilled meats, steaks and pizzas, enhancing the flavors with its fruity structure and softness.
