Description
The Valtellina Superiore Il Glicine by Sandro Fay originates in the sub-area of Sassella from the vineyard of the same name, located at 470 meters above sea level
It is made up of pure Nebbiolo. The grapes are vinified in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging take place in oak barrels for 12 months.
It has an intense garnet red color, it releases elegant aromas of red fruits, violets and spices, enriched with balsamic notes. The sip is intense and balanced, with a long persistence.
To be combined with meat sauce, stewed game and grilled steak.
