Description

The Valpolicella Superiore Case Vecie di Brigaldara was born in vineyards located in Valpantena, in the heart of the Valpolicella DOC.

It is produced with Corvinone, Corvina and Rondinella grapes, harvested by hand in the second half of October and dried in the fruit cellar. The must carries out the classic red vinification, with maceration. Subsequently the wine ages for 2 years in barrique and for 12 months in oak barrels.

It is characterized by a garnet red color. The nose opens with hints of cherries and spices, with tobacco and cocoa finishes. On the palate it proves well structured and complex, elegant and velvety.

Ideal in combination with grilled and roasted red meats, this wine is perfect to accompany aged cheeses.
