Description
Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore di Bottega is born in vineyards located in the heart of Valpolicella, in the province of Verona.
It is produced with Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara grapes. Once the Valpolicella Classico red wine is obtained, it is added to the marcs of Amarone or Recioto and fermented, then refined in oak barrels.
Bottega's Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore is characterized by an intense ruby red color, with violet reflections. The nose opens with pleasant hints of raisins, enriched with notes of morello cherry and pomegranate. On the palate it is warm and dry, balanced, with a pleasant and persistent aftertaste.
It is perfect to accompany red meats, mature cheeses and meat-based first courses.
