Description
Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso di Casa Lupo comes from vineyards located at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level
It is produced from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella grapes, vinified in steel. The wine is subsequently, according to the ripaso technique, macerated on the Amarone pomace for 15-20 days. Finally, the wine ages in 500-10,000 liter oak barrels for 18 months.
It is characterized by an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose reveals aromas of violets, berries, plums and spices. The sip is warm, with soft and long-lasting tannins.
Perfect with mushroom risotto, grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
