Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, to which a small percentage of other red grape varieties are added, ferment according to a very ancient practice on the marc of Amarone and Recioto for about 8-10 days, at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C . Then we proceed to the aging phase, which takes place in oak for a period that can vary from 12 to 24 months.

It satisfies the sight with a beautiful bright and brilliant ruby red color, while the nose already senses elegant and refined perfumes, light and enveloping, always very discreet. But it is on the palate that this wine expresses the best of itself, with pleasant fruity scents, which are celebrated in a round and balanced body, to then close in a finish that leaves no room but for pleasure.

It is the ideal wine to combine with pasta and beans, but it is also excellent with meat dishes, especially game and aged cheeses.
