Description
The Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore Torbe vineyards , as the name suggests, comes to life from the high-hill vineyards of the municipality of Torbe, located in the Verona area.
Born from a manual harvest carried out at the beginning of October, it is the result of a fermentation at a temperature of 25-28 ° C, followed by a second fermentation on the Amarone pomace according to the dictates of the ancient Ripasso technique. Maturation in wood and steel followed by bottle aging.
Intense ruby red in color, it shows a large bouquet of fresh fruity notes on the nose, supported by elegant spicy tones. In the mouth it shows a full and silky body, with tannins and freshness in full harmony with each other.
Ideal for all red meat recipes, it is excellent with braised meat or a grilled meat.
