Description
In the heart of the classic Valpolicella, in the hamlet of Prognol, from dry terraces exposed to a mild and temperate climate that benefits from the presence of Lake Garda, this wine originates, born from the continuous research and experimentation of Domini Veneti.
Its grapes come from the Marano area, and come in October, with a strictly manual selection. Fermentation takes place with complete malolactic fermentation, while first refining in wood, then in steel and then ending up in the bottle for 4-6 months.
The Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore Pruviniano Domìni Veneti Collection satisfies the sight with an intense ruby red color, while it opens to the nose with a fine and fruity aroma of cherry, jam and berries. On the palate it is warm, enveloping, full-bodied with a decisive and persistent finish and an aftertaste of dried fruit.
Its organoleptic profile makes it the most suitable wine to accompany all red meat dishes amiably, available in various forms: from embers to braised meats.
