Description

The Valpolicella Reverie di Zýmé is born in vineyards located in the municipalities of S. Martino Buon Albergo and Lavagno, in the province of Verona, in the heart of the DOP Valpolicella.

It is produced with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Oseleta grapes, harvested manually between the end of September and the beginning of October. After a short cold maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in steel for 6 months before being bottled.

Zýmé's Reverie has a soft red color with bright purple reflections. The nose opens with elegant sensations of dog rose, cherry and morello cherry, enriched with light peppery notes. On the palate it is fresh and fruity, with a pleasantly fruity and persistent aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif, this wine is ideal in combination with cold cuts, soft cheeses, soups and white meats.
