Description

The wooden box by Sartori di Verona contains two excellences of Valpolicella: Amarone della Valpolicella Classico and Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore. These two wines represent the art and winemaking tradition of Veneto, perfect for giving a unique tasting experience or for enriching your cellar with wines of extraordinary quality, ideal for accompanying important dishes and special occasions.

Amarone Reius is a wine that embodies the majesty of the Veronese territory. Aged for years in cement, oak and bottle, it presents itself with an enveloping bouquet of spices, dried fruit and small red fruits. On the palate it is velvety, structured and persistent, perfect in combination with game dishes, grilled meats and mature or spicy cheeses.

Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore Regolo is an intense and harmonious wine, obtained with the “ripasso” technique on the Amarone pomace, which gives it soft tannins and a unique aromatic complexity. With aromas of red fruit in alcohol, sweet spices and mentholated balms, on the palate it offers notes of ripe cherry, plum and cinnamon. It is the ideal accompaniment for substantial dishes such as braised pork cheek, fatty grilled meats or dishes with rich sauces.

This box represents the best of the Sartori tradition, a journey through the flavours and aromas of Valpolicella, perfect for those who love to explore intense and refined wines, capable of telling the story of an area rich in history and passion for wine.
