Description

This organic red wine from the Natura di Emiliana line comes from vineyards in the Valle del Rapel area, Chile.

It is obtained from a blend of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, hand-picked in April and left to macerate cold for 7 days in order to enhance the extraction of the fruity aromas. Fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature of 25-28 ° C. The wine rests briefly on fine lees and, after the natural malolactic fermentation, ages in steel and partly in French oak barrels for 6 months before being bottled.

Ruby red in color, it expresses persuasive notes of morello cherry, hinged on a spicy texture based on vanilla and coffee. In the mouth it shows a complex and elegant wine, of medium body, with a finish of considerable length.

Excellent to serve with first courses with meat sauce, it is perfect in combination with red meats in general and medium-long aged cheeses.
