Description
Erasmo's red wine comes from a blend of Barbera and Garnacha grapes from vineyards located in the Valle de Maule, Chile.
A part of the grapes is vinified together, a part separately. The grapes are briefly macerated and subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks with the addition of selected yeasts.
In the glass it has a deep ruby color. The nose is expressed with aromas of red fruits, berries, chocolate and spices. The taste is young and lively, with a persistent finish.
To be paired with legume soups, grilled red meats and aged cheeses.
