Valle de Uco IG Malbec Serie A 2022 Familia Zuccardi

Zuccardi's Malbec Serie A is a red wine obtained from 100% Malbec grapes grown in different areas of the Mendoza region, in Argentina. This selection was born from "Serie Argentina" as an expression of the most representative varieties of the best regions and selected vineyards along the Andes mountain range.

After manual harvesting, the grapes are vinified in concrete tanks without the use of added yeasts, allowing for spontaneous fermentation. The wine is then aged in oak barrels of various sizes, allowing for an ideal balance between fruit and woody notes. This process allows for the integrity of the fruit to be maintained, enhancing the unique character of the Malbec grape.

On the nose it offers intense aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and plum, with hints of spice and subtle notes of violet. On the palate it is rich and full-bodied, with rounded and well-structured tannins that leave a long and persistent finish, with a pleasant freshness.

This red wine pairs perfectly with grilled or roasted red meats, especially when accompanied by tasty side dishes such as grilled vegetables.
