Description

The Salentein Killka is born in vineyards located in San Juan de Cuyo, in the Valle de Uco, in the province of Mendoza.

It is produced with 100% Malbec grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Once in the cellar, they are gently de-stemmed and then macerated for 5-10 days at 8-10 ° C with almost whole berries. Fermentation takes place with the addition of selected yeasts and lasts 7-10 days. The wine ages in oak barrels for 6 months.

Purple-red in color, it reveals hints of plums, blackberries and violets to the nose, as well as notes of vanilla. The taste is warm and soft, with silky tannins and good persistence.

Perfect to accompany red meats and roasted and stewed game.
