Description

The Malbec of the Altitud di Andeluna line comes from vineyards located in the wine region of Mendoza, on the slopes of the Tupungato volcano.

It is produced with pure Malbec grapes, harvested exclusively by hand with careful selection of the bunches. After a brief maceration conducted at low temperatures, fermentation takes place, with indigenous yeasts, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 8-12 months in French oak barrels and in bottles for a further 6 months, before being marketed.

It has an intense purple red color. The nose opens with floral hints that recall violets, enriched with fruity notes of raspberry and strawberry. On the palate it is soft and balanced, with soft tannins that accompany a pleasantly long finish.

Perfect to accompany red meat dishes and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
