Description
Sauvignon Blanc Intipalka is produced in the Valle de Ica in Peru and takes its name from the ancient Inca word that indicated the Valley of the Sun.
The production area of the Valle de Ica is located at the foot of the Andes and enjoys an altitude of approx. 500 meters above sea level Through constant temperature variations, the desert climate welcomes the vegetative phase with days of intense heat alternating with cool nights, while the winters are harsh. From this extreme viticulture, simple and immediate wines are born that retain all the fragrance of the fruit thanks to the differences in temperatures and timely vinification operations following the manual harvest.
Straw yellow with greenish reflections, it is a wine with immediate hints of lime, yellow peach, sage that guarantee great minerality and salinity on the palate. The sip is direct and crunchy, supported by a medium body and a balanced and refreshing finish.
Ideal wine for unengaged aperitifs, it goes well with shellfish and fried squid.
