Description
A Zinfandel in purity as powerful as few others, with its grapes from the Valle de Guadalupe in Mexico, in the Baja California region. Its fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, while aging in French oak barrels for more than 6 months.
Illuminates the view with an intense ruby red color and radiates the glass with its garnet reflections. The nose is decidedly fruity, with notes reminiscent of ripe cherry and berries. Spicy on the finish, it gives a large and sumptuous sip, which confirms the hints of fruity hints.
Powerful, exuberant, proud: it marries admirably roasts, braised meats, medium-grilled grilled meat. Try it also with a platter of cold cuts and medium-aged cheeses.
