Description
The Nebbiolo Private Reserve by LA Cetto, a Mexican winery with almost 100 years of history rooted in Baja California.
With grapes harvested during the first week of October, the grapes arrive in the cellar where they undergo fermentation at low temperatures. Malolactic fermentation follows to give roundness before leaving the wine in French oak barrels to age for at least 14 months.
Bright ruby red in color with violet reflections, it opens on the nose with ripe red fruits, composed of fig, earthy notes and tea leaf. On the palate it is soft and compact, with good structure, with smooth and silky tannins for a long and pleasant sip.
Ideal wine for grilled red meats and meat stews, it also goes well with game and mushroom dishes.
