Description

Chenin Blanc is a splendid white wine that originates from 100% Chenin Blanc grape and from grapes that come from Baja California, Mexico, from the vineyards of the Guadalupe Valley. Its grapes are vinified in stainless steel tanks, at low temperatures, so as to preserve their aromas and fragrances.

Illuminates the glass with its intense straw yellow color, with reflections that tend to dazzling green. The scents of pineapple and chamomile and white-fleshed fruit, such as green apple, are perfectly recognizable. Gently wraps the palate with full and ripe sip, which confirms the already mentioned hints of fruit.

It is the ideal companion for your fish-based appetizers, as well as white meats and game. Ideal with a swordfish carpaccio with pink pepper.
