Description

This Pinot Noir is produced by Emiliana, a Chilean winery renowned for its attention to the environment.

The winemaking process involves fermentation at a controlled temperature to preserve the typical fruity aromas of the grape variety. The wine was aged for 6 months, with 10% in French oak barrels, to enrich the aromatic profile and structure of the wine. This production method allows the freshness of the fruit to be kept intact, while enhancing the secondary notes given by the wood.

At sight, this Pinot Noir shows a purplish red color. On the nose it offers an aromatic bouquet rich in notes of berries, vanilla and delicate floral hints. In the mouth, the wine is fruity, with a velvety texture, a medium structure and an intense and persistent finish.

Perfect with fish and shellfish dishes cooked with creamy or butter sauces. It also pairs well with white meats such as chicken or turkey and as an aperitif served with ham.
