Description

Rosset's Prémisse is the result of a blend of carefully selected white grapes from the areas of Villeneuve, Saint-Christophe and Chambave, in the Aosta Valley. These areas are known for their geological uniqueness which contributes significantly to the profile of the wine. The soil is sandy, stony and loamy, enriched by slate, quartz and granite in the Villeneuve area.

The manual harvest takes place at the end of September, followed by soft pressing and fermentation in steel, with subsequent refinement in steel at a controlled temperature. This process guarantees the preservation of the freshness and distinctive aroma of the wine.

It has a straw yellow color. The olfactory bouquet is finely floral and fruity, while the taste is dry, with good acidity and a pleasant aroma.

Ideal companion for an aperitif, vegetable flan, fish-based dishes and fresh and medium-aged cheeses.
