Description
Elio Ottin's Pinot Noir is a fine wine coming from the municipality of St. Christophe, in the province of Aosta, where the silty-sandy soils with a notable presence of skeleton favor the expression of the Pinot Noir vine.
The harvest is manual. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 9-10°C. Followed by aging for a few months in wood.
It stands out for its garnet red color and the velvety hints of ripe red fruits mixed with pleasant leather nuances. The taste is structured, round and velvety, with a pleasantly tannic finish.
It is excellent to pair with roasts and grilled red meats.
