Description

Petite Arvine by Elio Ottin is a white wine that originates from vineyards located in the municipality of Aosta, on a silty-sandy soil that helps to define the peculiarities of this vine.

The harvest of only Petite Arvine grapes is manual. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature maintained around 9-10°C. The refinement continues for 7 months in steel and subsequently for 4 months in the bottle, in order to perfect the organoleptic characteristics of the wine.

It has a bright straw yellow color. On the nose it stands out for a broad and rich bouquet, with notes of mulberry flowers, sage, citrus fruits and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is soft and fresh, with a notable balance and a pleasantly savory finish.

This wine is ideal for accompanying fish starters and fresh cheeses.
