Description
The Aosta Valley Chambave Rosso di La Grotta di Vegneron, was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Chambave and Verrayes from which it takes its name, Saint Denis, Châtillon and Saint Vincent.
It is mainly produced with Petit Rouge grapes, an autochthonous Aosta Valley grape. Initially it is macerated cold, then fermented at 28 ° C for 12 days. Then the aging takes place in steel tanks for about 6 months.
This Chambave Rosso is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose appears intense and persistent, enriched with warm floral and fruity hints. On the palate it is dry and very ductile.
Perfect to accompany cold cuts and stewed meats, it is ideal in combination with soups and soups.
