Description
Cabernet Sauvignon Undurraga is a Chilean wine produced in the Central Valley.
After harvesting, the grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed. The fermentation is carried out in steel containers at a temperature between 28 and 30 ° for a duration of seven days. The wine is then left to macerate for a further seven days to extract aromas and body.
Beautiful bright ruby red and of medium intensity, it reminds the nose of blackberry, dark cherry and some hints of tomato leaves softened by hints of rosemary. With a good structure, it expresses well an intact and harmonious fruit, with smooth tannins and a long lasting sip.
Perfect wine for grilled red meats and aged cheeses, it goes very well with first courses based on mushrooms and stew.
