Description

Los Guasos Chardonnay is a Chilean white wine that comes from vineyards located in the Central Valley, the most important wine-growing region of Chile.

The wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes which, once in the cellar, are vinified in steel vats between 14 and 15°C. Subsequently the wine is always aged in steel for a few weeks.

In the glass it is golden yellow, while the nose reveals aromas of tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango, as well as crunchy apple. The sip is soft, discreetly structured.

It goes well with grilled white meats, smoked fish carpaccio and semi-mature cheeses.
