Description

The Petit Arvine white wine is produced by the Valle d'Aosta winery Rosset, whose first hectares of vineyards were planted in 2001 in the Senin area of Saint-Christophe. In the following years the company decided to push production even higher up, buying vineyards over 900 meters above sea level

The wine is made from Petit Arvine grapes from Monjovet, from vineyards approx. 600 meters of altitude. The grapes are softly pressed and then vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks.

The wine has a straw yellow color, with a nose that recalls the aromas of jasmine, apple and citrus fruits. The sip is dry, with a pleasant sapidity.

It goes well with appetizers, seafood risotto, white meats.
