Description

The Prosecco Superiore di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene di Valdo of the Elevantum line originates in the hills of Valdobbiadene.

It is made from Glera grapes, whose harvest takes place at the end of September. After the clusters have been softly pressed, they are sent for fermentation which takes place with temperature control. This is followed by a 5-month sparkling process in a pressurized tank followed by an ageing in bottle of approximately the same duration.

Bright straw yellow colour with golden reflections. It offers a fruity bouquet of pear and Golden apple. On the palate it is delicate, pleasantly savoury and elegant.

Ideal to serve as an aperitif and with fish dishes.
