Description
The top label of the Solicum line, which represents the top quality of the Soligo winery, originates from the vineyards located in the historic area of Cartizze, just over 100 hectares in which the effect that can have a balance between soil and its microclimate on the wine quality.
The grapes are harvested by hand in September. In the cellar, the bunches are softly pressed and a slow fermentation then begins in steel tanks using selected yeasts. Second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method.
Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections, opens to the nose with fragrant aromas of pear, white peach and cedar, supported by pleasant floral references of broom and hawthorn, with mineral nuances. Creamy and sumptuous, it enriches the finish with a pleasant citrus note.
It goes perfectly with aperitifs based on fish, tartare and delicate first courses. Exceptional for a refined aperitif.
