Description

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze Dry Arzanà di Astoria comes from vineyards located in the renowned hilly area of Cartizze, in the province of Treviso.

It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand in the months of September and October. After the classic white winemaking processes, the sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat Method, through fermentation in autoclave for 20-30 days, with refinement of 4-6 weeks on its lees, before being marketed.

Prosecco Superiore Arzanà is characterized by a pale straw yellow color and a subtle and continuous perlage. The nose opens with an intense and delicate bouquet, with characteristic hints of toasted bread. On the palate it is full and harmonious, with pleasant fruity hints.

Ideal in combination with fish dishes and desserts, such as pies and fruit salads, this sparkling wine is also suitable to accompany delicious appetizers.
