Description

The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Le Contesse is born on the hills of Conegliano, with vineyards that have their roots at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level, on a soil of calcareous-clayey nature.

The production process begins with the harvest in the second half of September. Bring the grapes to the cellar, soft pressing with cold static decantation of the must follows, followed by fermentation in steel and refermentation in autoclave following the Martinotti-Charmat method.

It is presented in the glasses with an intense pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, with a fine and persistent bubble. The nose is captivated by fascinating notes of Golden apple, Williams pear and peach supported by light notes of wisteria and white flowers. On the palate the aromas are consistent with the olfactory bouquet and it is soft, fresh and pleasant, with an extremely harmonious and delicate finish.

Indicated as an aperitif, it is an ideal for any occasion, especially in company with fish-based courses.
