Description
Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry Bellussi is made from Glera grapes grown in the Treviso hills and sparkling with the use of the Charmat method.
Placed on soils composed mostly of clay and limestone, the vinification involves the use of selected grapes according to a maximum yield of 70%. Once the base wine is obtained, a second fermentation in pressurized tanks follows, at the end of which the liqueur d'expedition is added to obtain the desired sugar level.
Straw yellow with golden reflections and finesse in the perlage, it expresses fruity aromas of ripe peach and apricot on the nose while maintaining a broad and soft body on the palate, with a tasty and intriguing finish.
Ideal for appetizers of Mediterranean cuisine, it can be a valid accompaniment to Thai dishes and to enhance sweet and sour flavours.
