Description

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Dei Casel di Adami owes its name Dei Casel to the ancient nickname of the Adami family. Born in vineyards located on the hills of the municipalities of Valdobbiadene, Vidor and Farra di Soligo, in the province of Treviso.

It is produced from Glera grapes with a minimal addition of Chardonnay grapes, which are harvested entirely by hand. After pressing and cooling the must, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages in the bottle for 3 months.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a large and fruity bouquet, with hints of exotic fruit, yellow apple and peach, giving fresh and light aromatic notes. On the palate it is soft, fresh and fruity. It is a wine of good fullness and length, and is endowed with great elegance.

Perfect for aperitifs and appetizers, it is ideal in combination with dry pastries or to accompany pandoro and panettone.
