This Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut di Santi was born in the heart of the Rive di San Pietro area, one of the most suitable and best exposed to the sun areas of all Prosecco.
It is produced only from Glera grapes, rigorously harvested by hand. After fermentation, the second fermentation is carried out in an autoclave according to the dictates of the Charmat method.
Prosecco with a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has a bouquet characterized by fruity notes of white peach and apple, which are accompanied by pleasant floral sensations. The taste is dry and delicate, of great elegance and linearity, with a harmonious finish on citrus tones.
Perfect to serve throughout the meal, this prosecco goes very well with light fish-based appetizers and first courses with seafood.
