Description

This Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry belongs to the Jeio range by Bisol, a collection of bubbles that are the result of long experience and passion in making excellent cuvées.

It is produced almost exclusively with Glera grapes. The vinification that takes place traditionally in white is followed by sparkling wine in a steel pressurized tank, according to the Charmat method.

It is coloured in the glass of a beautiful straw yellow with some greenish reflections. It shows a very minute and persistent perlage. The nose reveals a clear fruity trail, fresh and elegant, which refers to the yellow-fleshed fruit. On the palate it is soft, delicate and from the moment it enters the mouth it follows the fruity sensations perceived by the nose.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is pleasant in the company of light vegetable or fish dishes.
