Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Visela Carmina

The Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Visela di Carmina is born in vineyards located on the hills of Conegliano Veneto.

It is entirely produced from Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. The grapes undergo a soft pressing by means of a horizontal press. Subsequently the must ferments at controlled temperature in contact with the selected yeasts. Finally, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.

Visela is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with intense aromas of fruit such as apple, peach and pear with fresh hints of citrus that fade into the floral with notes of acacia and wisteria.

Perfect to accompany vegetable soups and velvety legumes, it is ideal in combination with delicate recipes of noble poultry or elegant dishes of seafood and molluscs.
